How It Works

Five days designed to give parents peace of mind and teens practical confidence.

1

Small Groups, Real Attention

Maximum 16 participants means everyone gets genuine coaching. For them, it means they're not lost in the shuffle — they get hands-on help when they need it, actual feedback that matters, and they're working alongside peers who are learning the same skills.

2

Experienced, Qualified Leadership

A veteran, a youth soccer coach, a sporting events director. Safety protocols are built-in. Your teen's camp is led by someone who's been adulting in high-stakes environments for decades — and who treats them like capable people, not kids to lecture. Additional skilled instructors deliver specialized sessions — bringing real-world expertise in their fields while maintaining the same respect-based approach.

3

Structured Days with Clear Outcomes

Every day has a theme, a schedule, and measurable skills. You know exactly what's happening and when. Your teen knows what they're working toward each day — no surprises, no vague "team-building exercises," no death-by-PowerPoint. Just concrete skills they'll use next month, taught by doing them.

4

Safe Space to Practice

Supervised setting where mistakes are learning opportunities, not disasters. Your teen isn't thrown into the deep end — they practice with guidance until they're competent. They get to fail small (burn the eggs, strip the screw) and understand that failure is a feature of life to be embraced and overcome, not a bug. Learning by actually doing beats watching videos every time.

5

Immediately Useful Skills

These aren't "nice to know someday" skills — they're practical capabilities your teen can use immediately. It's learning how to actually handle situations they'll face when at home and when they're on their own: flat tire, clogged toilet, grocery budget, emergency kit.

6

Demonstrated Competence

By Friday, your teen has cooked meals, fixed real problems, built fires, and handled emergency scenarios. You'll see the evidence. They walk away with the confidence of knowing they have acquired real skills — and the satisfaction of having actually accomplished something tangible in five days.
